A book that doesn’t promise to fix you—just one that sits quietly beside your pain.
Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore
About the Author
Samridhi Todi
Samridhi Todi has lived all her life in Kolkata, nestled between books, quiet corners, and questions bigger than answers. A student of Economics at St. Xavier’s University, she’s also on the path to becoming an actuary—someone who deals with numbers by day, and emotions by night.
But what defines her is not the equation she solves, but the emotions she dares to feel and share.
She never imagined she’d be a writer. And yet, here she is—offering her truth, her ache, and her healing.
This debut book is her first whisper into the world.
A whisper that says: I’ve felt it too.
When she’s not writing or studying, you’ll find her painting—the colors often more expressive than words. Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore is her first book, but certainly not the last page in her story.
Why read this book?

It Speaks the Truth You’re Afraid to Say
This book doesn’t sugarcoat heartbreak. Instead, it holds your hand through the raw, unfiltered emotions that come after love leaves. Every page is a quiet nod that says, “Yes, I’ve been there too.”

It Offers Solace, Not Solutions
You won’t find toxic positivity here. What you’ll find is a warm, honest space to feel seen and understood. This book doesn’t try to fix your pain — it simply keeps you company through it.

It’s for the Girl Who’s Rebuilding
Whether you’re grieving a love that once was, or learning to love yourself again — this book meets you exactly where you are. It’s a gentle guide for those starting over, piece by piece, page by page.
About the Book
Love doesn't live here anymore
If you’re holding this book, chances are…
you’ve been hurt.
You’ve sat in silence when someone didn’t show up.
You’ve believed in forever, and watched it disappear.
Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore is not about forgetting love. It’s about remembering who you were before it.
And who you’re becoming after it.
Written in a voice that’s intimate, raw, and beautifully broken, this book speaks directly to the kind of heartbreak that lingers long after the goodbye. Through poetry, reflections, and letters unsent, Samridhi invites you to walk beside her—and maybe, find a small part of yourself in the journey.
